Shipping is currently free of charge, courtesy of Blogger’s Wardrobe and the participating brands. Blogger’s Wardrobe ship worldwide using UPS as the main service provider.

With all items as well as shipping free of charge, there will initially be a limit on the no. of shipments to any one BW member to one (1) parcel per month, usually shipped on the 10th of each month. With this limit on shipping, you can come back at any time after finalizing your order to view your order history, and your current order will be open for adding/removing items until we have sent you a confirmation email regarding the dispatch of your items. Blogger’s Wardrobe does not insure any items during transport or time in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. Our service provider may require a signature for any goods delivered.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

With the unique Blogger’s Wardrobe store concept the first in its kind, many items on offer are available in only one piece per style, or one piece per size, i.e., opportunities to exchange for the same item in other sizes, colors or replacing faulty items are extremely limited. Should you for any reason wish to return ordered items, BW will more than gladly accept your parcels, but all returns are to be at the sender’s expense.

To help you with your choices and queries the Blogger’s Wardrobe team is available to offer advice on all matters regarding your order, sizing, materials and any other queries. Blogger’s Wardrobe are more than happy to assist you in any way possible with whatever returns and/or exchange queries you might have, direct your emails to info@bloggerswardrobe.com and we will get back to you within a maximum of 1-2 work days.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Blogger’s Wardrobe’s (“BW” “we” “us”) website(s) (our “Site” or “Sites”) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively, the “T&C”). Please read the T&C carefully and check back often as we may modify the T&C from time to time. If you do not agree to any change to the T&C then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

REGISTRATION

To use any of the services or features made available to you on BW you will need to be a registered BW member. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address info@bloggerswardrobe.com. We may also change registration requirements from time to time. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify BW immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we use your data.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and your selected items are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation and confirmation number on screen. Please note that this only means that we have received your order, this is NOT an acceptance of your order and it DOES NOT guarantee that you will receive everything you have selected just a confirmation that it has been received and is being processed.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and BW will be completed once we email you to you receive an official order confirmation from us, via email, with a specification of which products are now reserved for you. Only then is your order to be delivered as detailed, and there will be further confirmation via email as the the goods are dispatched to your given address.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Your use of the Sites and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the content (as described in the content section below), including BW software and all HTML and other code contained in this Site. All such content including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions. You are permitted to use the content only as expressly authorised by BW and/or its third party licensors. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Without limiting the foregoing, copying and use of the above listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited. However, you are permitted to make one copy for the purposes of viewing content for your own personal use.

GOVERNING LAW

The T&C together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the relevant Sweden law and the relevant courts of Sweden will have exclusive jurisdiction.
